This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for products sold
under the K Folkard Books author brand. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Where you bought the product
• Direct purchases: If you buy directly from our website (or another direct checkout we
operate), the terms below apply.
• Third-party retailers: If you buy from a third party (e.g., Amazon or a bookshop), returns and
refunds are handled under that retailer’s policies.
2. Change-of-mind returns (direct purchases)
• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving a physical item for a change of mind,
subject to any legal exceptions (see Section 3).
• Once you tell us you want to return an item, you should send it back within 14 days.
• Please keep the item in reasonable condition. You may inspect it as you would in a shop, but
it should be returned in resaleable condition where possible.
